2. 我们不收集的信息

除非未来版本明确请求并获得你的许可，AuraFlow 不会收集精确位置、通讯录、照片、相机、麦克风录音或健康医疗记录。当前应用不用于医疗诊断、治疗或紧急健康服务。

English Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

AuraFlow is an app for ambient sound, music scenes, focus, relaxation, and background audio. Depending on the features you use, we may collect:

• Local preferences: language, default session duration, HD audio setting, alert setting, and display name.
• Local playback state: selected scene, session duration, mix ratio, and track volume settings used to restore the experience on your device.
• Local offline cache information: cached scene identifiers, estimated cache size, and cache timestamps.
• Local device data: preferences, cache status, and volume control settings stored locally on your device.
• Purchase information: if you purchase subscriptions or premium features through the Apple App Store, payments are processed by Apple. We may receive transaction IDs, subscription status, expiration dates, refund status, and renewal status to provide paid features. We do not receive your full payment card number or Apple ID password.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

Unless a future version clearly requests your permission, AuraFlow does not collect precise location, contacts, photos, camera data, microphone recordings, or health medical records. The app is not intended for medical diagnosis, treatment, or emergency health services.

3. How We Use Information

• To provide playback, scene switching, background audio, and local preference storage.
• To save settings, offline cache state, and playback experience on your device.
• To support purchase restoration and premium entitlements.
• To troubleshoot crashes and audio playback issues.
• To comply with legal obligations, App Store rules, and security requirements.

4. Third-Party Services

We may use the following service providers:

• Supabase Storage: for hosting public audio files, not for account authentication, sign-in, or personal preference synchronization.
• Apple: for App distribution, in-app purchases, subscription management, diagnostics, and system audio services.

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies.

5. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including access controls, row-level database security, and encrypted transmission. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but we work to improve our safeguards over time.

6. Data Retention

Local preferences and cache information remain on your device until you clear cache in the app, change settings, or delete the app from iOS. App Store purchase-related information is retained according to Apple, legal, billing, or settlement requirements.

7. Your Rights and Choices

• You may update preferences in the app.
• You may clear offline cache in the app.
• You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information.
• If you purchased a subscription, you can manage or cancel it through your Apple ID subscription settings.
